This tactical vest carrier featuring MOLLE System is designed for
rough terrain and harsh conditions. The system uses modularity
with easy access points for attaching pouches. The carrier is a
favorite of the military, police and fire departments. The Pouch
Attachment Ladder System (PALS) provides multiple points for
.attaching pouches on the rows and columns of the webbing
