This tactical vest carrier featuring MOLLE stem is designed for
rough terrain and harsh conditions. The system uses modularity
with easy access points for attaching pouches. The carrier is a
favorite of the IDF. The Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS)
provides multiple points for attaching pouches on the rows and
.columns of the webbing
